Square stance, athletic in box, loads into back leg, compact swing through baseball, shows hard contact with mid/pull approach, above avg. bat speed in swing, 90 mph exit velocity. Quick release on throws, online with accuracy, has avg. footwork and tempo through baseball, tends to lose momentum on release, 84 mph arm strength from outfield. Has some raw tendencies defensively but is athletic with offensive potential and overall an above avg. player in the IA 2021 class. On mound; wider base into medium balance point, compact arm action with easy effort on release. Ball jumps out of hand with riding life through zone. Fastball was 78-80 mph with varying action to plate. Rigid actions throwing breaking ball with inconsistent arm speed and action. Changeup shows late fade in bottom of zone for strikes.
