He operates out of a stretch-only delivery with a full arm circle, and he showed a three-pitch mix throughout his 'pen. Arndt's fastball sat 85-87 mph came out clean with natural arm-side action, and he mixed in a curveball at 74-75 mph with short, 11/5 shape and feel to land. He rounded out his arsenal with a changeup at 77-79 mph that played straight and worked low in the zone, landing for strikes 100% of the time, per TrackMan.
