Heartland Scout Day: Athletic bodied right-hander at 6-foot-1, 200 pounds. Rushes lower half of delivery, yet path is compact and arm is quick enough to catch up. From a 3/4 release point, his fastball reached 89 mph, sitting mostly 86-87. Threw quality strikes down in the zone with his heater. Best pitch was a 76-78 mph slider. Repeated down in the zone for strikes. Good shape, late break with quality tilt.

6.15.17 - 6-foot-1, 180-pound right-handed pitcher. Works from both a high ¾ and low ¾ arm angle with a short, quick arm action. Tall and fall delivery with a closed landing. Fastball has running action at 82-84 mph. Curveball has 11-5 shape at 71-74 mph, showed ability to throw it for strikes. Changeup has running action at 70-73 mph.

2.19.17 - 6-foot, 170-pound infielder. Right-handed hitter, open stance, short stride, occasionally dives. Flashes pop, backspin contact, sprayed the baseball. 89 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm played loose from a ¾ slot, 82 mph across the diamond. Showed some body control, profiles best at third base. 7.36 runner in the 60.
