Arm Action: RH. Arm stab behind back hip, high 3/4 slot, athletic action.
FB: T85, 83-85 mph. Thrown on both sides of the plate, straight action. T2270, 2228 average rpm.
CB: 74-76 mph. 1/8 break. T2239, 2192 average rpm.
SL: 77-79 mph. Spun efficiently, 2/8 break. Used as primary breaking ball. T2232, 2192 average rpm.
CH: 78-79 mph. Showed heavy run to the arm-side at times. T1713, 1655 average rpm.
Uncommitted, long-levered, wide-shouldered frame. Came out of the bullpen for Nazareth and showed a big jump in velocity in less than a month's time. Controlled, segmented tall and fall delivery with a loose, easy arm from a high ¾ slot. Challenged with the fastball throughout, sat 83-87 mph (2500+ rpm) which was up from 81-82 on April 29th. Fastball plays out of the hand easy and clean; flashed arm-side-run and lively finish at times. Mixed in a developing curveball at 69-73 mph with 2450-2600 rpm working off an 11/5 plane and bite at times. Allowed one hit, no runs, struck out four and walked four in three innings of work. High-ceiling sophomore who looks to be just scratching the surface of his potential.
Uncommitted. Long, wide-shouldered frame. Came out of the bullpen and warrants a follow moving forward. Went 1.1 innings of no hit baseball while striking out two and walking one. Long arm action, high ¾ slot and attacked with a fastball that sat at 81-82 mph. Went to a 69 mph curveball with 11/5 shape and occasional depth. Frame and stuff to keep an eye on moving forward.
