6.1.16 - Michigan commit, draft follow. 6-foot-1, 180-pound left/left outfielder, loose projectable frame, long limbed, live body, fast twitch. Plus runner, went home to first at 4.18 on a single, 3.90 on a drag, 4.19 on a single, easy runner gets out of the box well, also added a stolen base. Offensively showed loose quick hands at the plate. Ability to make hard contact to the opposite field, handles the bat well, good hand eye.

Room to fill and will add more strength. Offensively hits from wide base with a balanced setup. Short path to the ball with explosiveness in the hands. Hits from a tall, open setup, hands load smoothly, utilizes a leg kick stride, lower half is aggressive with hips, explosive bat speed, level bat path gets extension, slightly uphill at times, showed off gap-to-gap power, particularly to the opposite field gap with several line drives, overswings at times, 84 mph exit velocity off the tee. Defensively, threw 79 mph from long, loose, high ¾ arm slot with carry. Arm action is clean and smooth, projects to have at least an average arm as he gets stronger. Impressed attacking the baseball, soft hands, quick footwork, clean and quick exchanges fielding. At first base, could be a premium defender as well, turns double play quickly, hands work clean scooping baseball. On the mound fastball sat 76-79 mph with slight run. 11/5 breaking ball has slurvy action at 65-67 mph. Cuts changeup at 67-69 mph. Delivery is clean, flies open a bit, lands slightly open, athleticism evident. Bullock also ran the top 60-time of the event at 6.75 seconds.
1/20/13 - Lanky build, 5-foot-9, 155-pound two-way player. Left handed first baseman, advanced footwork, soft hands, plays athletically, quick exchange. Left handed hitter, open stance, dives at stride, finds the barrel consistently, line drive gap to gap style hitter. Projectable on the mound, deception in delivery, rotational delivery. Arm works cleanly and loosely, long ¾ arm slot. Fastball sits 73-76 mph, shows slight run, control. Curveball works on 11/5 plane, early action, flashed occasional sweeping action. Changeup shows run, consistently down out of the zone, 67-68 mph.
10/28/12 - Bullock is an athletic 5-foot-9, 150-pound two-way player. From the outfield Bullock showed a long arm action from a high ¾ slot that produced throws of 73 mph. Bullock also showcased himself at first base, Bullock has the athleticism to play multiple positions as he showed solid control of his body while fielding the baseball. Offensively, he hits from an open stance using a short stride that produces line drives from a level bat path. On the mound, Bullock displayed a 71-73 mph fastball from a high ¾ arm slot. His curveball sat at 65-65 while his change up was 66-69 mph.
