Highly advanced defender behind the plate, figures to be his carrying tool at the next level. Willing blocker that is polished at it, routinely chests up the baseball with flexible hips that’s an easy lateral mover. Saved a run late in the game by blocking a low-and-away breaking ball. Soft hands, knows how to receive the baseball and stole strikes a few times. Arm plays easy from the chute and on the bag in between innings. Offensively, swings a strong, compact right-handed barrel. Was on it twice to the opposite field, including a two strike single that sparked a two-run inning for Mascoutah.
