John A. Logan JC commit. Stands in a 6-foot-3, 200-pound strong, athletic frame. Started as the designated hitter and batted third, finishing the day 3-for-3 with a triple, one run scored and a walk. His triple was a barrel to the left-center gap. Also worked 2.2 innings out of the 'pen in a must-win super-sectional with a trip to state on the line, allowing three hits, two walks and one earned run while striking out four. Clean mover on the mound with a quick arm. Fastball sat 89-92 mph, leaned heavily on a changeup at 75-77 mph with sink and swing-and-miss that kept hitters off-balance throughout. Mixed in a curveball at 74 mph with 11/5 shape.

Lean, Long-levered 6-foot-3, 183-pound frame with athleticism. Umbright came out of the bullpen tossing 1 ⅔ scoreless innings allowing no hits. Relied heavily on his fastball that sat 87-90 mph with major arm side run producing weak contact and multiple ground balls. Flashed a developing changeup at 76 mph. Athletic drop and drive delivery, low ¾ arm slot, and a loose arm. An uncommitted RHP to know.

Lean build on an athletic frame. Short, loose arm action from a high 3/4 slot. Fastball sat 72-73 mph, T74 mph with occasional arm side run. Maintained velocity throughout the entirety of his start. Uses a breaking ball at 60-61 mph with depth to miss barrels. Final line: CG, 0 R, 2 H, 1 BB, 6 Ks.
