RHP Henry Schott (Glenbrook South, 2027) is an intriguing arm on the mound that stands in a lean 6-foot-1, 173-pound frame. He worked only out of the stretch with minimal effort showcasing a lively fastball that sat 86-87 mph. He mixed in a curveball and slider – his curveball played with 12/6 shape while his slider showed more 10/4 shape. The off-speed looks like it’s continuing to develop, but the fastball and movement patterns look like he still has more to come.
