Lake Land Scout Day: Six-foot, athletic bodied righty with 78-79 mph fastball showing good arm side life. Long, loose arm swing to 3/4 release point. Collapses on backside a bit, works down the mound with good lead leg blocking. Lands balanced in good fielding position. Spins it well. Tight breaker in the upper-60s with depth. Despite lower velo, the pitch plays with good shape and teeth to bite. Should get outs at the college level with this pitch. Slows arm on 67-70 mph change-of-pace.
