6.16.16 - Long lanky right-handed pitcher, slender frame, 6-foot-4, 180-pounds. Delivery works directionally, shorter stride with closed landing, upright finish. Arm action is loose and full, high ¾ slot. Fastball showed arm side run with life in the strike zone, sat 82-84 mph, touched 86 mph. Curveball has 12/6 shape, flashed sharp action, showed tight spin and depth, 69-73 mph. Changeup has feel, ability to control in the zone, flashed sink 70-74 mph.

8.23.15 - Long lanky, projectable build, 6-foot-4, 190-pound right-handed pitcher. Tall and fall delivery, delivery stays tall, upright finish, can get more out of lower half. Short quick arm action, over the top slot. Fastball flashed good run and sink, 79-80 mph, worked down. Curveball has 12/6 action, gradual break, 62-64 mph. Straight changeup, near fastball arm speed, 67-68 mph.
1.18.15 - 6-foot-3, 175-pound lanky and projectable RHP works from a high ¾ arm slot, toe up at balance point, level shoulders throughout delivery, lower half stride direction is in line with home plate, lands square. Fastball sat 78-80 mph. Showed feel for 61-64 mph curveball with 12/6 shape. Also threw a 70-71 mph changeup with some sink.
9.30.14 - 6-foot-3, 175-pound lanky and projectable right-handed pitcher from a long, loose, clean, high-3/4 arm slot; toe up at balance point, takes eyes off target and picks it back up late, tall-and-fall type delivery, swings lower half open early in delivery to heel strike landing, lower half stride directions stays in-line with home plate. Fastball sat 79-81 mph with sink, thrown down in the zone consistently. Slows arm on 11/5 curveball with gradual break, but thrown consistently for strikes between 62-64 mph. 69-72 mph changeup showed late cutting action, and is thrown near fastball arm speed. Jones is a high follow 2017 prospect that could make significant strides in the next three years thanks to his plus frame and easy arm action.
8/17/14 - Long lanky frame, thin build, 6-foot-2, 175-pound right handed pitcher, projectable frame. Delivery has loaded balance point, coils in balance point, lead leg swings to heel strike landing. Arm action is long, some looseness, high ¾ arm slot. Showed the ability to control his fastball, 77-81 mph. Curveball has 11/5 shape, slower arm action, 61-62 mph, changeup has fading action, 67-69 mph. Projectable 2017 right handed pitcher.
10/27/13 - 6-foot-2, 170-pound pitcher with a projectable frame. Has tall and fall delivery that’s quiet and repeatable. Arm works long, loose, high ¾ slot. Showed feel for the fastball, throwing it 72-76 mph with sink. Curveball has 11/5 shape, early action, 61-63 mph for strikes. Changeup was 64-67 mph with quality sinking action. Highly projectable frame, young arm with plenty of upside.
