4/15/17 - Northwest Florida State JC commit. Currently ranked No. 98 in the Illinois’ 2017 class. Looks more physical than our last look; athletically built, defined lower half, wide, sloped-shouldered, well-proportioned shortstop. Offensively, right-handed hitter, looks to jump on the fastball, aggressive, looks to do damage with every swing. Open setup, creates bat speed. Finished the day 1-for-4 despite hitting the ball on the nose consistently. Hit a line-drive double over the left fielders head in his fourth at-bat of the day. Lined out to the center fielder. Showed above-average speed on a groundout to third base, 4.25 down the line. Defensively, has the tools to stick at shortstop. Natural infield actions, confident hands, makes the routine plays with the ability to make the head turning play. Dove up the middle to take away a hit, got to his feet and made strong throw across the infield. Overall, potential top of the order bat at the next level who can stick on the infield at the next level.

10/31/18: 6-foot, 200-pound right-handed outfielder, strong, physical frame, has put on a significant amount of muscle since high school (nearly 25 pounds), translates in-game.
