5.27.17 - Currently ranked No. 35 in the Illinois’ 2018 class. 6-foot-4, 230-pound, strong, durable, physically advanced right-handed hitter. DH’d and also came out of the bullpen to close the game. Offensively, middle of the order type of bat. Flashes easy raw power. Starts from a balanced, even setup, slight pre-pitch rhythm and compact swing. Quick hands, present bat speed, stays short to the ball. On the mound, right-handed pitcher, went 1.1 innings, allowed two hits, no runs and struck out two. Short, clean, quick arm out of a high ¾ slot. Attacked hitters with his fastball that sat 83-85 mph. Flashed a breaking ball at 70 mph. High-follow 2018 hitter.

2.19.17 - 6-foot-4, 230-pound, strong, extra-large, wide-shouldered, physically imposing multi-positional prospect. Profiles as a corner infield/outfield type. Offensively, right-handed hitter, tied for the top exit velocity of the event, 99 mph. Balanced, tall setup, short stride and maintains balance through contact. Flashed bat speed, gap-to-gap approach and ball jumps off bat at times. Defensively, reliable hands and plays through the baseball on the infield and outfield. Clean arm from an over-the-top, high ¾ slot clocked at 84 mph from the outfield and infield. Also, ran a 7.19 laser-timed 60.

10.16.16 - 6-foot-3, 220-pound corner infielder, extra-large, plus frame, physically impressive for his age. Right-handed power type bat, tall setup, athletic and balanced through contact. Advanced bat strength, easy power, explosive bat for his age. Path is level through the zone, showed gap to gap contact in BP with pop. 93 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively showed arm strength, short and over the top, flashed carry, 81 mph. Moves well enough to stick at third base, hands are playable, showed some actions. 7.45 runner in the 60.

1.17.16 - 6-foot-2, 200-pound, right-handed hitting 3B/RHP with a large, strong frame. Offensively hits from a tall, slightly open stance. Smooth load to backside with a short leg kick stride. Gap to gap hitter with some pop, and a fast bat. Showed strength thru contact with 91 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.84. Defensively has a short arm action from an over the top arm slot. Fluid footwork with slower actions. Throws showed carry at 78 mph across the infield. On the mound works from a high ¾ arm angle with a short arm action. Tall and fall, slow paced delivery. Short stride in line with home plate and an upright finish. Fastball showed arm side run at 74-75 topping out at 76 mph. Curveball showed no action at 66-68 mph. Changeup sat 68-70 mph.

10.25.15 - Large frame, 6-foot-2, 215-pound right-handed hitting third baseman. Aggressive right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short stride, good balance. Strong bat, attacks the baseball, pull side power type hitter, 89 mph exit velocity from the tee, showed an ability to repeat swing. Defensively profiles at a corner infield spot, field deep, average actions. Arm plays short, high ¾ slot, 72 mph across the diamond. 7.97 runner in the 60.
