5/7/13 - Currently ranked No. 62 in Illinois’ 2013 class; Penn recruit. 5-foot-10, 180 left-handed pitcher. Really impressive in start against Jacobs. Fastball sat at 88-89 mph through four innings, touched 90. Works from over-the-top slot with short arm action. Also flashed hard 78-80 mph curveball. In six innings, yielded one hit, struck out five, walked four, no earned runs. 

An all-around performer, Reitcheck was one of the top athletes at the event. Defensively, he moved fluidly with lateral quickness, showcasing a strong, accurate arm with solid carry. At the plate, Reitcheck showed legitimate switch-hitting ability, with plus bat speed from both sides. Reitcheck was perhaps most impressive on the mound, where he showcased smooth acceleration and good plane on his 78 mph fastball. Reitcheck�s best pitch was a 69 mph curve with tight rotation and late depth.
