Threw 97 pitches, scattered five hits, no earned runs, struck out five and walked one. Methodical, repeatability delivery, coiled at balance point, stays on-line and lands closed. Long arm action, wrap on the backside, comes out of a ¾ slot and some effort throughout. Fastball, thrown for strikes, sat 83-84 mph early on and settled in at 81-84 mph. Consistently mixed in a slider, maintains arm speed, late, 10/4 action, 74-76 mph.
