Verbally committed to Lake Land CC.
3/06/26

Physical 6-foot, 201-pound frame, proportionate strength with broad shoulders. The right-hander worked exclusively out of the stretch with a shorter leg-lift and a tuck into balance point, working into a tall/fall lower-half downhill. The arm action works with a full circle from the glove into a ¾ slot with quickness out front. The fastball played in the 91-92 mph range with some finish through the zone, setting up a slider he landed in the zone 100% of the time per TrackMan, showing short 10/4 shape at 76-77 mph. His changeup is a serviceable third offering with heavy arm-side run, showing developing command of it, 82-83 mph.

2/28/26

Positional Profile: RHP/OF

Delivery: Stretch-only mover, smaller leg lift with tuck, tall/fall down the mound.
Arm Action: RH. Full arm circle, quick out front, 3/4 slot.
FB: T92, 91-92 mph. Clean out of the hand, plays firm with life through the zone. T2093, 1991 average rpm.
SL: 76-77 mph. Sharp, 11/5 shape, feel to land. T2233, 2074 average rpm.
CH: 82-83 mph. Plays with fade, throws it hard. T1621, 1484 average rpm.

7/23/25

One of the top two-ways in Illinois’ 2027 class would continue to display an intriguing profile in front of our staff. Hallahan would show well during his three inning start on Monday, offering a quality three pitch mix, showing an 87-90 mph fastball with ride, a 72-75 mph breaking ball, and a 74-76 mph changeup. At the plate, the right-handed bat has added more twitch to his 6-foot-1, 191-pound frame. With present bat speed and strength, there is still promise with Hallahan’s bat, but his advanced profile on the mound may be more intriguing for college coaches as he enters the recruiting phase of his high school career. Nonetheless, Hallahan is a must-know name in Illinois’ 2027 class.

3/06/25

OF/RHP Noah Hallahan (Geneva, 2027) stands out physically at 6-foot-1, 190-pounds, and he had a loud showing on both sides of the ball. At the plate, the right-handed hitter creates some length through the zone with a flatter path and strength at impact, working hard on the barrel with a peak EV of 99 mph, averaging 92 mph while staying mostly pull-side with some lift at times. Hallahan gave a dynamic look on defense as well, showing quick feet, a reliable one-hand gather off his front foot while also showing range going back for fly balls. He also tied for the strongest arm for the event, reaching 90 mph from the crow-hop. On the mound, Hallahan displayed a long and loose arm action with a fastball up to 87 mph, sitting mostly in the mid-80s. He showed feel for his upper-70s changeup, producing above-average arm-side action. Hallahan rounded out his arsenal with a curveball that showed short, vertical action at 72-75 mph.

3/01/25

6/19/24

Hallahan showed two-way potential Thursday, hitting a home run and closing out the win for his ballclub. At the plate, the right-handed is a physically imposing presence, and it plays accordingly with easy power. He gets into his legs with a wider base and uses his above-average bat speed to generate hard contact. On the mound, the right-handed pitcher sat 84-85 mph and flashed a breaking ball in the mid-70s with easy velocity coming out of a 3/4 arm slot.

6/19/24

Hallahan continued to impress this weekend on the other side of the ball as he took the bump Saturday and hurled a five-inning complete game shutout. He displayed strong command on the mound with his fastball, as he consistently painted corners at 80-83 mph eventually topping 84 mph in the 5th inning. He also produced whiffs with his sharp slider at 70-72 mph. Mechanically, Hallahan presented a loose and easy downhill delivery, showcasing strong hip torque with his motion. He finished the game with five innings pitched, seven strikeouts, one hit, one walk, and zero runs to give Athletes HQ an 8-0 victory. He showed strong upside on the mound this weekend along with a strong bat and he will certainly be a player to follow as he continues to rise.

6/12/23

Hallahan displayed a smooth glove at third all weekend and was put out in left field for the semi-final game where he showed fundamental footwork and made efficient reads all game. Not to mention, he showed very well at the plate after driving the ball through the gap for a triple where he showed his speed around the basepaths. He would go 1-for-2 with a walk on the day. He gets the foot down quick with his swing and is able to get his hands through the baseball well making himself a hard out for opposing pitchers.

6/09/23

Hallahan was all over the barrel and the basepaths for AHQ today. Batting out of the leadoff spot and from the right side, has a calm presence in the box with the intent to do damage. The setup is slightly open, uses a medium leg-lift stride and has a level bat path that induces natural lift on the ball. He went 2-for-2 with a triple and an RBI. Someone to watch as the weekend progresses.
