Uncommitted. 5-foot-11, 185-pound frame. Hale got the start for Glenwood, going five innings while striking out three and only giving up one run. Showed a true three-pitch mix, sitting 83-86 mph with the fastball. Mixed in a changeup throughout at 76-77 mph (1,000 rpm) with feel to throw it to both righties and lefties. Rounded it out with a downer curveball at 68-69 mph.

Uncommitted. Started on the mound for Glenwood in his first outing of the season. Hale showed feel for his breaking ball, landing it for strikes and using it to keep hitters off-balance while generating soft contact throughout. He worked efficiently over his three innings, limiting baserunners and avoiding damage. Line: 3 IP, 2 H, 0 ER, 2 BB, 3 K. An uncommitted name for schools to follow.

Arm: RH. OF - 85 mph. Full arm circle, 3/4 slot, arm works.
Defense: Easy mover, one hand gather, works behind the ball.

He has a fluid, rhythmic swing that stays on-time, working on top of the baseball with an accurate barrel. He’s made some notable strides to his 60-time, cutting down from a 7.31 in 2025 to a 7.03. Steady actions in the outfield with soft hands, arm plays with some life to his target (T85 mph).

Working from a balanced setup, Hale showed the ability to stay through the zone with a longer path while keeping his barrel on-plane, working up to 94 mph for his peak EV. Every single metric he recorded on BLAST was above-average - averaging 71 mph for his bat-speed, 22.5 mph for his hand-speed, and 17.3 Gs for his rotational acceleration. He’s a right-handed hitter at the plate with a simple load and direct bat path with a slightly uphill path. Hale also showed clean actions on the defensive end with some range to both sides.
