Defensively arm carries well from the outfield, stays on line and accurate, 85 mph. Plays through the baseball, corner outfield type. 7.43 runner. On the mound works from a tall and fall delivery, high ¾ slot. Fastball sat 83-84 mph. Curveball has worked at 72-73 mph, 11/5 plane. Changeup was mostly down, 79-80 mph.

2.15.15 - 6-foot-4, 185-pound right-handed pitcher, lanky athletic frame, body projects well. Tall and fall delivery, works online, squared landing, clean delivery. Arm action is loose and quick, some effort, high ¾ slot. Fastball has sink, lively action, 83-86 mph, touched 87 mph. Curveball has sharp action, 11/5 plane, 71-72 mph, big upside for outpitch. Throws changeup with fastball arm speed, arm side action, 78-81 mph, erratic control when in stretch. High upside right-handed pitcher, loose and athletic, projects well and shows advanced action on all three pitches through the hitting zone.

Arm action is loose, high ¾ slot, regular action, quick arm speed, will develop more velocity. Fastball flashes sink, showed well above average control, 81-83 mph, touched 84 mph. Curveball has 11/5 shape, showed sharp biting action, thrown aggressively, showed control at 69-70 mph, advanced pitch for age. Straight changeup, at 75-78 mph, showed some control, lacks conviction. Dolan is a highly athletic right handed pitcher who should see steady growth over the next several years due to his athleticism and arm speed.
