November '18: Committed to Purdue

2.19.17 - 6-foot-1, 175-pound right-handed pitcher with an athletic frame. Works from a high ¾ arm angle with a long, stiff arm action. Drop and drive delivery working in line with home plate. Worked up with his fastball at 80-82 topping out at 83mph. Curveball has 12-6 shape at 71-74 mph. Changeup has sinking action at 70—72 mph.

1.17.16 - Long limbed, well-proportioned 6-foot-1, 165-pound right-handed pitcher. Loose, live arm out of a high ¾ window. Worked from the stretch only, some rhythm, regular effort, across his body and closed landing.  Fastball had life and clocked at 84-85 mph. Changeup thrown with conviction at times, some sink and feel ranging between 71-75 mph. Curveball thrown aggressively, feel, late and tight break clocked at 72-74 mph. Should be a high follow moving forward in the 2018 class.

7.15.15 - 6-foot-0, 140-pound right-handed pitcher. Very projectable and long-limbed. Lots of room to add strength. Only saw one-plus inning of work. Works from a high ¾ arm slot with a quick, short-arm action; Lands slightly closed and falls off towards first base slightly. Fastball was 81-84 with life and slight arm-side run. Showed a 71-73 mph change-up with good arm action, fade and arm-side run. Change-up was his best secondary pitch. Very interesting prospect on the mound and should be a high-follow in the 2018 class.
