4.15.17 - Illinois-Springfield commit. 6-foot-1, 195-pound, outfielder, large frame, sloped, wide shoulders, muscular lower half.  Left-handed hitter, high leg-kick load with slight leak forward.  Upright even stance with pull-side raw power and lift in his swing, potential power bat in college.  Has some swing and miss to him currently, but when he makes contact ball jumps off the bat with a pull minded approach. Defensively, took good routes to the ball on a very windy day and accurate arm from the outfield.

6.21.16 - Uncommitted prospect. Solidly built 6-foot-1, 195-pound left-handed hitting outfielder. Offensively, shows pullside power potential. Aggressive, rotational approach, uses pronounced leg kick, shows looseness in the hands, uphill path with extension through contact. Registered 89-mph exit velocity. In game, went 1-for-2 with a single. Defensively profiles as a corner outfielder, clocked at 84 mph, tendency to work uphill. Ran a 7.39 laser-timed 60. 

6.16.16 - 6-foot-1, 195-pound left-handed hitting outfielder. Put on an impressive batting practice display hitting multiple home runs. Hits from a balanced setup with a big leg kick stride and good balance. Creates leverage thru contact. Pull hitter with a long, uphill swing path and a fast bat. Showed strength thru contact with 90 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.37. Defensively has a long arm action from a high 3.4 slot. Plays thru the ball with a quick, clean transfer. Accurate throws flashed carry throwing 85 mph from the outfield.

2/14/16 - 6-foot-1, 205-pound left-handed hitting outfielder with strong build. Profiles as a corner outfielder with some left-handed pop. Offensively hits from a balanced stance, loads hands back, leg kick stride, lower half works, good balance. Showed bat speed, solid approach with bat strength, ability to backspin the baseball, loose hands and finds the barrel. Makes hard contact, occasionally jumps off bat, 91 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively plays with average actions, ability to play through the baseball. 7.37 runner. Arm carries well with accuracy, over the top slot, 84 mph, plays up, comes out of his hand well.

2/22/15- 6-foot, 195-pound left-handed hitting outfielder hits from an open setup, hands load back smoothly, short, leg kick stride, long, uphill bat path, loose and fluid swing, showed power to his pull side, 84 mph exit velocity off the tee. Defensively, threw 84 mph in the outfield from long, loose, over-the-top arm slot, shoulders work uphill, accurate arm. Impressed with soft hands, fluid footwork. Ran 4.71 from home to first.
