Waldrop is a 6-foot, 185-pound right-handed pitcher who comes from an over the top arm slot. His fastball, which topped at 84 mph, had hard, late life. His two off speed pitches were a 68-69 mph curveball that showed bite and a 65-66 mph changeup.
