Webster commit. Well-proportioned 6-foot-1, 200-pound frame with present strength throughout. Got the ball to start for the Redwings in game two and turned in a strong outing. Simple and athletic mover down the mound, throwing from a high ¾ release. His fastball sat 80-84 mph, touching 85 mph multiple times with above-average spin (T2500+ rpm). He would also toss in a 61-62 mph curveball as his go-to secondary. Line: W, 6.1 IP, 3 R, 3 ER, 5 H, 3 BB, 6 K.

Uncommitted. 6-foot-1, 200-pounds. Threw well in relief for Benet, striking out three over 2 ⅓ scoreless innings of work, allowing only a hit. Tempo’d tall/fall type delivery, noticeable hip/shoulder separation at front footstrike, glove arm tucks. Throws with effort and intent. Long arm action, high ¾ finish. Relied mostly on his fastball, attacked hitters often. Touched 86, pitched at 82-85 mph, played straight.
