5/13/13 - Lanky 6-foot-3 right-handed pitcher with long limbs. Pounds the strike zone with four pitches. On Monday against Metamora, threw complete-game three-hitter with 6 strikeouts and no walks. Fastball sat 85-87 for seven innings. Also threw effective 75-mph slider that showed occasional sharp two-plane bite. Works from high ¾ slot, some effort in delivery, throws high-volume of strikes. Will play golf at Illinois Central College next year.
