8/31/26

Verbally committed to Parkland JC.

7/07/26

Uncommitted. 6-foot-2, 1670-pound frame, wiry, highly projectable build. Intentful right-handed swing with a slightly uphill path, creates some length through the zone, jump off the barrel while working middle and pull-side, 101 mph peak EV, 90 mph average EV, 372’ max distance. Steady hands on the infield with smooth actions, gains ground and works through the baseball, accurate arm from a shorter path and ¾ slot.

4/15/26

Miller hit 10-for-15 with four doubles, eight RBI, and eight runs scored while recording six stolen bases. In three innings of work on the mound, he allowed zero earned runs and only one hit.

7/24/25

There is a lot to like with Finn Miller. He stands in at a lean 6-foot-1, 160-pounds with room for more added strength and already has a quality feel for pitching as a whole. In his start on Sunday, he mostly worked with a two-pitch offering of a fastball that lived in the 71-81 mph range and topping out at 82 with ASR, as well as a low-70s curveball that kept hitters off-balance. He finished the day with 5 innings pitched, allowing 5 hits, 2 walks, an earned run and picked up 7 strikeouts. With some physical projectability and a quality feel for pitching, Finn Miller is a name to keep an eye on.

8/06/24

Positional Profile: SS/2B
Body: 6-0, 145-pounds.
Hit: RHH. Wide setup, toe-tap stride, uses his lower half. Flat path, looks to keep the ball on a line, used the whole field. 65.9 mph bat speed with 11 G’s of rotational acceleration.
Power: 91 max exit velocity, averaged 81.1 mph. 275’ max distance.
Arm: RH. INF - 79 mph. Shorter arm path, plays from a low 3/4 slot.
Defense: Two-hand gather out front, quick hands, secures the ball into body, moves well up the middle.
Run: 7.55 runner in the 60.

6/28/24

Possessing a lanky 5-foot-11, 145-pound build with a long lower half and plenty of room for growth, Finn Miller shoved on the mound for the Yard Goats in their game against H’Town Bombers. The righty threw for five innings only allowing two runs with three hits and nine strikeouts. Miller works with a quick tempo and pace on the mound that helps him control the game. He displays a high leg kick and long stride. He throws with a high 3/4 arm slot with full extension. Miller’s fastball is mostly thrown arm side which sits 76-78 mph topping 79 mph and a sharp glove side 69-70 mph curveball.
