Uncommitted. Currently ranked No. 207 in the state. Long-levered, high-waisted 6-foot-8, 190-pound frame. Came out of the bullpen for the Bears in an abbreviated look, but showed immense upside in his time on the mound. An easy mover down the mound with the ability to sync up his long levers, he works with a loose arm action out of a high ¾ window. His fastball worked 86-88 mph on this day.

Body: 6-8, 191-pounds. Long levers, wiry with strength, more fill coming.
Delivery: High online leg lift with balance, lands slightly cross fire, medium leg swing finish with balance, repeats it, athletic.
Arm Action: RH. Full arm action, 3/4 slot, whippy through release.
FB: T86, 84-86 mph. Commands it with quality finish to spots. T2318, 2194 average rpm.
SL: 74-76 mph. Late and lateral breaker, can land, feel for the pitch, pairs well with rest of the arsenal. T1670, 1576 average rpm.
SPLT: 76-78 mph. Downer action in the hitting zone.

RHP Rylan Lamp (Lake Zurich, 2026) tossed the loudest ‘pen of the day over the weekend. The uncommitted senior stands at an imposing 6-foot-8, 190-pound frame with immense room to continue to fill into his frame. Stretch only delivery with feel to repeat, with a medium leg lift into balance point, drop and drive working in line to the plate down the mound with a slight crossfire finish. The arm works athletic through release with whip from a ¾ slot, the fastball played with carry action in the 83-86 mph range throughout the pen with efficient spin averaging 2,194 RPMs. Showed two secondaries off the fastball, a mid-70s breaking ball with tight lateral actions and killed spin on an upper-70s splitter flashing heavy tumbling action with some feel for the zone. An intriguing unsigned senior that still has an immense ceiling in front of him, name-to-follow heading into the spring.
