6/13/13: 6-foot, 195 pound athletic 2014.  Possesses a good arm action and moves well behind the plate. Consistently 2.07-2.10 with his pop times.  Footwork has improved since his last PBR event, but still room for improvement.  At the plate showcases an athletic, balanced approach with smooth load.  Stride is short and overall good balance throughout the swing.  Possesses power potential. 

Cleveland is a 5-foot-11 inch, 185 pound sophomore.  Behind the plate Cleveland receives the ball exceptionally well for a sophomore.  He shows the ability to block the ball well along with good footwork.  He shows a quick release, producing a consistent 2.1-2.15 pop time.  He shows good arm strength at 75 mph.  With time, his footwork will get better behind the plate allowing him to drop his pop time consistently. At the plate he displays a wide base with plus hands to go along with his short, compact swing.  He shows a level swing plane along with good bat speed and some pop potential.
