Cincinnati recruit. Slender, quick twitch, defined physical looking athlete. Has two arm slots. Over-the-top and high ¾. Both display fluidity and range of motion to his shoulder. Has deep to the well backside with a strong sit on back leg delivery. Starts from the far right side of rubber. Has good extension out front and follow through. Will spin off glove side slightly. Has strength and athletic ability to his body to allow his arm to pull the load. When his timing is correct, his power comes out. Lemmon has ability to use a 3-pitch mix consistently with command and feel for pitches. FB 90-92. CB 78-80. CH 82-85.
Slender, athletic right-hander at 6-foot-3, 170 pounds. Good projection, does it all pretty easy from a high slot and fluid, on-line, drop-and-drive delivery. Worked quick and competed. Fastball sat 87-88 (T89) with low spin (1,739 rpm avg). Breaking ball flashed proper shape at 73-75 mph with top spin rate of 2,178.

Ranked No. 53 in Indiana’s 2021 class. 6-foot-2, 170-pound right handed hitting outfielder with a lean and athletic frame. He started in center field and batted sixth against Starters. Stood out at the plate specifically. Swing has an uphill plane, creating lift on the baseball. Showcased a pull side approach with some pop, hitting a pair of doubles to left field. Finished the game 2-for-2 with two doubles, two RBI, a walk, and a run scored.

Starts with hands high and weight even in a slightly open stance; uses rhythm in hands for timing; has a raw load, a level swing plane and a clean finish; barreled up balls consistently; 86 mph exit velocity. Recorded a 60 time of 7.11.
2/23/2019: Blake Lemmon, OF/3B, Valparaiso HS, 2021, 6 foot 2, 170 pounds, showed some twitch in a long lean frame running a 7.30 60, throwing 85 from the outfield, and recording a max exit velo of 82 mph. Skill set is still a little raw, swing works early with a high front heel at launch. Footwork is average in the outfield, but his arm speed makes up for it.

A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced stance. Middle of the lineup frame and skill set. Heavy hands with burst through contact. Ball comes really jumps off bat. Swing possesses both intent and leverage, allowing him to lift the ball without sacrificing natural tools. High upside bat with raw power potential. Recorded a multi hit day in game. Corner type in the outfield. Gets to the baseball with caution, playing under control. Top tool is the arm. Ball jumps out of his hand with above average strength/carry.
