Logan, a Vanderbilt recruit, has already built a reputation for being one of the finest athletes in the class, and after bearing down on his defense for another full week of action, I can officially call him the best defensive outfielder in the class (right now). High-waisted at 6-foot, 167-pounds with lean strength throughout, Logan is a 6.63-runner whose impressive speed plays up even higher in game. The true center fielder stole multiple hits with sensational plays to both gaps, and utilizes crisp routes with his elite speed tool and confident hands to impact the game. At the plate, the right-handed hitter went 4-for-13 on the week showcasing quickness of the hands with a flatter path and balanced approach. There is more intent to spray line drives to all fields right now, but the ball still comes off the barrel at a firmer clip.

A Vanderbilt recruit - Logan plays with confidence and showed good presence in the box. At the dish, he set up in an athletic stance and showed a very smooth load with consistent tempo throughout. Showed good patience with zone awareness, able to lay off above-average breaking balls out of the zone with 2Ks. Quick, efficient bat path. Rangy CF, glider-type runner that ran a (6.63) 60 yard dash last fall. The 6-foot, 160 pounder showed improved physicality from the fall. Was 2 for 3 with 2 BB’s and an opposite field 2B in my look.

The 2025 center fielder possesses elite athleticism with a 6-feet, 160 pound frame. Fluid approach from the right side of the box with quick hands. Has shown feel for the barrel, working gap to gap. Patrols center field with confidence. 6.64 runner. High level prospect in the ‘25 class.
