Riggs is an efficient mover who showed as one of the top unsigned seniors in attendance. The frame holds some projection still at 6-foot-1, 195-pounds. The hips work well within the delivery, coiling in an athletic fashion before uncoiling in-line and showing the body control to stick the finish. He pitched at 84-85, touching 86, with a ride-type profile and quality extension. He controlled his 72-74 CB well as it showed depth and occasional bite, while also showing a 76-78 CH. He filled the zone at a quality rate, and also showed strong trends from a velocity perspective.
