Body: 6-foot-2, 190-pound lean frame
Hit: Started in a wide stance with a small load, then used a short stride to initiate his swing. Average bat speed. Level finish, flat swing.
Power: 90 mph exit velocity. opposite field approach.
Defense: Outfield, Consistent hands, rhythmic footwork, developing exchange. Athletic.
Arm: 87 Outfield velocity. Short arm action, an-over-the-top slot, consistent accuracy.
Speed: 7.40
Pitching: Projectable. Up-tempo delivery, max effort. Over-the-top arm angle, quick arm speed, short arm action. Athletic balance point, uphill shoulders, lands soft, a falling off finish.
FB: T90. 87-88 mph. Glove side accuracy, plus action, sharp movement.
CB: 66-68 mph. Sinking action, low in the zone command, 12/6 movement.
CH: 72-76 mph. Sinking action, flat movement, some command.
SP: 68-70 mph. Sinking action, consistent command, tight movement.
Daleville High School, Class of 2021 6-foot-1, 175-pound LHP / OF. During batting practice, he had an exit velocity of 85 mph. Left-handed hitter starts with his hands even with his shoulders. Uses bat movement for rhythm. Has a small stride towards the pitcher. Uses an upward swing plane and ends his swing with high one-handed finish. From the outfield, He showed the ability to throw at velocities up to 84 mph. During the event, he recorded a 60 time of 7.25. On the mound, his fastball came in at 80-83 mph and topped out at 83 mph. He threw his curveball with consistency at 68-70 mph. He threw his changeup (69-72 mph) for a strike. Has a slow wind up, gets off the rubber very well generating power with his legs. Has a quick clean arm action. Spotted up well with pitches has very good pitch ability. Had a well performed day all around.
