3/02/25
5-foot-10, 150-pound athlete with a lean, twitchy frame. An athletic strike thrower on the mound, Clymore works with a short, quick arm from a high ¾ slot and shows some recoil at the finish. He fills the zone with an 82–84 mph fastball (T84) that carries, paired with a tight 73–75 mph slider (T2477 rpm) and a firm changeup at 77–79 mph. At the plate, the right-handed hitter shows a quick, handsy stroke that stays level through the zone, reaching 89 mph exit velocity with a 294’ peak. He’s a versatile defender, showing 2.04–2.19 pop times behind the dish and an 81 mph INF arm. A 7.13 runner with a 23.2” vertical
10/19/24
Clymore flooded the zone with strikes, utilizing a simple delivery to pair with athletic arm action. He showed three pitches that all grade above average for the class from a stuff perspective, only enhancing his ability to command the baseball. The undersized, 5-foot-9 sophomore is athletic and doubles as a super-utility player with the ability to play multiple positions, including catcher.
