5/11/16 Game Notes: Evansville commit recorded one hit on strong line drive to the outfield in a loss to Franklin Wednesday. Top rated first baseman in the Indiana class started in CF. Plays with some swagger. At the plate starts slightly open with good balance. Short stride and a strong lower half. Gap power will produce doubles.

5-foot-11, 173 pound LHH 1B hits from a slightly open crouch setup.  Loads back with an elbow hitch. Short stride.  Explosive lower half. Good balance.  Loose hands with average bat speed. Uphill swing path with fluid rhythm.  Shows gap-to-gap power.  High exit velo of 85. Defensively works very well around the bag.  Showed the ability to pick balls out of the dirt with soft hands.  Across the diamond was 81.  Ran a 7.12-60.

5-foot-11, 168 pounds, works well around the bag at 1B.  Plays through the ball well, clean exchange.  76 across the diamond from a long arm action.  At the plate, the LHH hits out of a balanced setup.  Smooth load with a short stride.  Possesses above average bat speed with a good approach.  Long path, gets to extension.  Fluid rhythm.  Line drive hitter. Recorded a high exit velo of 83 mph.

5 foot 11 inches, 168 pounds, L/L 7.9/60. Good hitter with high hands, balanced stance, short stride with a long level path to the ball. With strength he will hit for power. In the field he has average hands, a long, high ¾ arm angle, and 76 mph from the outfield.

5-foot-11, 164 pound freshman shows good athleticism.  Across the diamond was 68 mph.  Possesses average hands defensively with fluid feet.  Works well around the bag.  Best tool is his bat where he hits from the left side from a balanced setup.  Dives during his stride.  Swing is repeatable with fluid rhythm throughout.  Gets to extension and consistently squares up the baseball.  Advanced hitter for his age.
6/24/13: Nanny was one of the youngest players at the Top Prospect Games at IU.  The LHH proved he could handle upper end velo getting on base constantly.  Ran a 4.91 to first.  Looks the part for a 2017 with tons of projectability. Advanced approach at the plate with good bat speed. Good rhythm, hits everything out front.
