Mastalski has done nothing but trend upwards over the course of the past year and is another must-know uncommitted '25 arm. The arm works with an easy effort sling to a low 3/4 release point, producing a fastball at 87-89 mph. It's easy to dream on the 6-foot-4, 220 pound frame and his strikethrowing capabilities screams next-level starter. The fastball averaged nearly 17" of horizontal break to the arm-side, and his 80-83 mph changeup is a real weapon. Mastalski can get to his glove-side with a sweeping, 76-78 mph slider. Mastalski shouldn't be uncommitted for long with 3 usable pitches, a frame to dream on, and some of the best overall command in the class.

Delivery: Clean delivery with easy effort. Moderate balance point with an efficient move down the slope. In-line shoulders, lands square, athletic finish. More velocity in the tank. Strike-thrower.
Arm Action: RH. Clean arm swing from a 3/4 slot.
FB: T86, 84-86 mph. ASR, commands to both sides of the plate. T2299, 2202 average rpm.
SL: 71-75 mph. Sweeping action. T2348, 2251 average rpm.
CH: 76-77 mph. Fading action - shows lots of feel. T1851, 1826 average rpm.

Hit: (RHH) Began in a tall balanced stance with a smooth load, then used a controlled toe tap stride. Flashed bat speed. High finish, short uphill swing. Fly ball gap to gap approach.
Power: 73 mph exit velocity.
Defense: (C) 2.40-2.69 pop times. Consistent in control footwork, clean exchange. 
Arm: 61 mph catcher velocity. Short arm action, high ¾ slot.
Speed: 9.02 (60-yard dash).

Pitching:  Tilt-and-topple delivery, some effort. High ¾ arm angle, short arm action. Uphill shoulders, lands square, a falling off finish.
FB: T71. 70-71 mph. Slight running action, straight movement.
CH: 62-64 mph. Sinking action, straight movement.
SL: 58-61 mph. Gradual action, 10/4 movement.
