10/20/13: 6-foot-5, 185 senior recently committed to Parkland. Shows a projectable frame and ran a 6.85 60.  Across the diamond was 79 with a short arm action.  Shows athleticism in his actions defensively with good range.  Fields it well with a solid glove.  At the plate hits from a wide stance. Inconsistent with his balance.  Slight upper cut in his swing.  Exit velo was 90 mph.  Possesses a prototypical pitcher’s frame.  Uses a drop and drive delivery with a quick arm action.  On occasion threw a sweeping breaking ball with late action.  Changeup showed some arm side run.  Throws from a ¾ arm slot.  

7/25/13: The 6-foot-5 righty continues to grow into his frame and become more athletic. As he gets more athletic the velocity increases. Ault was 82-84 with a 70MPH breaking ball. 

10/21/12: Ault is a 6-foot-5, 180 pound junior with a projectable body.  On the mound he throws from a low ¾ arm slot and gets his fastball up to 80 mph.  He throws three off speed pitches; a 63-67 mph breaking ball, 67-70 mph changeup and a 70-75 mph slider.  He showed the ability to throw all four pitches for a strike.   

Ault is a 6-foot-4, 175 pound MIF/RHP.  His body is projectable, and displays some athleticism in the field. Across the diamond he is 74 mph.  He demonstrates the ability to field well and shows some range.  At the plate he shows an uphill swing plane with the ability to pull the ball. On the mound he throws from a low 3/4 arm slot.  His fastball comes in at 78-80 mph.  Both his changeup and breaking ball are 66-69 mph.
