6/30/14: The athletic 6-foot-3, 170-pound Miller raised his profile significantly over the course of the Music City Baseball Classic tournament. The uncommitted multi-positional prospect barreled up everything thrown his way. Miller possesses bat speed and has an extremely aggressive plate approach. In the first game against the New England Roughnecks, Miller went 4-for-4 that included a run-scoring triple that one-hopped the centerfield wall at Vanderbilt. In a wood bat tournament, he also homered and had several other hard-hit balls. On the mound, Miller topped out at 87 with a 76-mph slider.

MWFG 8/16/2013-
Miller continues to show raw power, combined with athleticism. Miller's arm shows plus strength topping out at 87 in the outfield and 88 at third base. Miller offensively showed opposite field power. The swing is inconsistent but shows the ability to be special when it clicks.

2/23/13: 6-foot-3, 170 pound sophomore runs a 6.96 60 and possesses an athletic frame.  Miller is a top 5 prospect in Indiana’s 2015 class and arguably the best right handed hitter in the class.  From the OF uses a long arm action and throws over the top at 88 mph with carry.  The arm is quick.  Moves well and shows advanced actions in the OF.  At the plate uses a balanced setup with a smooth load.  The stride is short and is explosive with the lower half.  Shows excellent balance throughout the swing.  Showcased explosive bat speed with an advanced approach at the plate.  Shows gap to gap power and is fluid with his rhythm.

2/22/18 - 6’3/200, R/R, Junior. Loose, athletic and oozing tools, Miller is still an enigma. One minute you think he’s finally figured it out at the plate as he crushes a ball into orbit, the next minute he’s falling down swinging at a fastball above his head or flailing at another pitch in the dirt. His approach has not changed much since his freshman year as he tends to get himself out more than pitchers do him. Yet, his tools remain. The length in his swing and his plus bat speed enable him to crush balls to his pull side. He is also a near average runner underway. However, his best tool is his arm as he will show a plus plus (70) arm from third base. Time remains for him to figure it out at the plate, but more likely, he will one day be asked to give it a shot on the mound. There are not too many arms like his in college baseball. On his tools alone, he should easily be a top ten round pick this June. Any improvement with his hitting approach and consistent performance should vault him into the top four to five rounds.
