‘26 RHP Rhys Wolf (Canes Midwest National) - Notre Dame recruit. Has added strength to the lower-half, 6-foot-1, 180 pounder. Athletic delivery, uses front arm as a lever to create arm speed - some deception in the way the frontside works, recoil finish. Was able to get swing-and-miss on an 86-89 mph fastball, changeup came out of the hand similar to the fastball to force uncomfortable swings. 72-75 mph on a curveball with sharp bite.

Body: 6-foot, 165-pound athletic frame.

Hit: (LHH) Solid. Began in a wide stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick. Quick efficient bat speed. Balanced finish, upward swing. Gap to gap approach. 

Power: 88 mph exit velocity, average 75.5 mph. 66.8 mph bat speed average. 19.5 mph hand speed average.

Defense:  (OF) Sure hands, in control footwork, natural exchange. Solid. 

Arm: 84 mph outfield velocity. Quick arm action, an-over-the-top slot. 

Speed: 7.46 (60-yard).

Pitching: Projectable. Drop-and-drive delivery. Over-the-top arm angle, good arm speed, quick clean arm action. Consistent balance point, in line shoulders, lands square, an athletic finish.

FB:80-81 mph.  (Max spin 2029;  Avg 1995). Some feel accuracy. 

CB: 67-70 mph. Tight action, 11/5 shape. (Max spin 2121; Avg 2064). 

CH: 71-72 mph. Fading action.
