Solid all-around player who showed great trends at this event. Wiry, athletic, 6-foot, 160-pounder. Burned a 6.83 60 to begin the day. Foot quickness translated to the infield where he played light on his feet with solid glove-to-hand abilities that flowed seamlessly into a quick, 87 mph infield arm. He looks the parts of next-level shortstop with the body control, quickness, and skills to stay there. In the box, he showed similiar bat-to-ball feel that we've seen previous with a short/direct path, though the strength has ticked up with his exits peaking at a rounded 96 mph at this event. The accuracy allowed him to average 90-plus throughout his round of batting practice with his contact coming mostly on line drive contact through the middle. Skill over tools type profile but the tools have developed at a notable rate.

Rohwer is a lean, projectable 6-foot, 160-pound shortstop with smooth infield actions. He shows proper footwork, soft hands, and a clean, athletic arm (79 mph) that plays across the diamond. Offensively, he hits from a balanced setup with a short stride and repeatable operation, producing consistent contact with an 88 mph max exit velocity and 316’ peak distance. He’ll need strength gains to unlock more power, but the swing plays. A solid overall athlete (7.26 60, 1.67 10-yard), Rohwer has a polished foundation with projection remaining.
