He ran a 7.25 60 and ran a 4.78 home-to-first. Behind the plate, Goldston had pop times between 2.00 and 2.08 with a top velo of 77 mph. He has an over-the-top release, with clean transfer and quick footwork, mostly accurate throws and momentum towards target. At the plate, Goldston had an 86 mph exit velocity, balanced set up, leg kick and takes an aggressive swing. He has loose hands and quick/level bat path, showing power to pull gap. In the outfield, posted an 85 mph positional velo, accurate throws, loose arm action, quick exchange and release, over the top release. Quick feet behind the plate and mostly accurate throws with consistent pop times 2.05 to 2.08. On the mound start slow and methodical reaches his balance point and goes. Good high /34 arm action with a fastball range of 78-79 mph and a max fastball of 79 mph. Barreled up several balls during BP with a balanced long swing and uses a reverse toe tap and good extension through the hitting zone wit a exit velo of 86 mph.
