2/16/19 - Kennedy is a 6-foot, 170-pound, left-handed hitting corner infielder in Kansas’ 2021 class. He ran a 7.64 60 yard dash and posted an exit velocity of 81 mph. During hitting evaluations, Kennedy starts with a slightly opened stance, simple load, quiet hands, in line stride, remains balanced throughout swing, gap-to-gap approach during round and showed the ability to go with the outside pitch. Defensively, Kennedy has fluid footwork, quick catch to release, momentum towards first base, high three-quarter release, positional velo of 70 mph, very accurate throws.
