2022 MLB Draft League:Poised righty with a solid arsenal. Fastball (T97) pairs well with cutter and sweeping slider (113 sweep+), both secondaries generating whiffs (35% and 40% respectively).
7/20/21
Cape Cod- Has shown easy velocity out of a high slot this summer, working 94-96 mph in relief and in the early goings of his starts before settling into the low-90s. His slider is a sharp biter with downer action that pairs well with the fastball and could be a plus offering with more consistency. In our look Adamiak had trouble finding the zone at times against a solid Chatham lineup, but was able to weave his way through three walks and three scoreless innings before another walk and a homer christened his fourth inning on the bump. It's a relief profile, but the stuff is legit swing-and-miss mojo that could pop with a little better control and execution.

6-foot-4 200-pound right-handed pitcher in Kansas’ 2019 class. Adamiak has an aggressive delivery, long and lean frame, quick arm speed, slight rotation at balance point, over the top release, fastball works 82-86 mph, breaking ball has cutting action, 10-to-4 break, 63-64 mph, swing and miss pitch, change up at 76-78 mph, slight arm side release.
6/03/17
6-foot-4, 200-pound right-hander with a solid power pitcher’s build. Pitching- Continues to show development; coming out of ¾ slot sat 83-86 MPH with his fastball, that number is consistent with performance during February and could increase as he learns how to use lower body, improvement came with curveball at 69-72, compared to 75-78 from earlier, induced weak contact with a 10-4 shape, keeps fastball arm speed, confident spotting secondary pitches and using with frequency; next step will be landing in control and being prepared to field the ball.
