English, who represented Team Select at last year’s Future Games, showed well at the plate this weekend. The Kansas State commit owns easy bat speed speed and generates power with his rotational attack, flashing pull-side power throughout our looks. Perhaps English’s most impressive batted ball this weekend was a scorching triple on Saturday that rocketed over the left fielder’s head for a triple. He’s a real offensive talent that could find himself making an impact for the Wildcats at the next level sooner rather than later.
