11/3/13 - McMaster has a strong, athletic 6-foot-1, 185-pound body.  He worked out in both the outfield and first base.  He hits left and throws right.  At the plate, he has a balanced set-up and short stride.  He has a short bat path and overall line drive, gap-to-gap approach with fluid rhythm.  He made consistent hard contact and his top exit velocity was clocked at 85 mph.  In the outfield he showed fluid footwork and clean exchanges.  He threw with short arm action with a top throwing velocity of 83 mph.  At 1B, McMaster showed above average footwork and fielded everything cleanly and made strong accurate throws.   His 60-yard dash time was 7.22.  Look for the strong, left-hand hitting McMaster to put up big numbers this spring.
