Kellen Payne: RHP/OF, (2025) Byron Center, MI. 5-foot-11, 180-pound. (71.8 mph bat speed average). (22.0 mph hand speed average). Starts in an open athletic stance with a controlled load, then uses a leg kick. He barreled up some balls with some loud contact. Clocked a time of 7.35 in the 60-yard dash. Athletic on the mound, showed good arm speed, he had a ¾ arm angle with a short arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows some effort. Balance is tall point with an even shoulders in his delivery. Lands square with an athletic clean finish.  (Max spin 2199; Avg 2038).

Athletic above average on the mound, used a high ¾ an over-the-top arm angle and a quick loose arm action while showing quick good arm speed. Tilt-and-topple type pitcher who uses some effort. Has even shoulder with an athletic strong balance point. Lands closed with an athletic recoil finish.  (Max spin 2109; Avg 2013).
