6/25/19

Right-handed pitcher. Started against STiKS Academy Red on Saturday afternoon for the Lumberjacks. Athletic, projectible frame that will fill out as he matures. Tossed four solid innings, surrendering three runs while punching out five and walking none. Long and loose arm action, high slot, square landing, works in line with his target, clean and easy delivery that he consistently repeated. Threw 68% of his pitches for strikes, filled up the zone, threw almost entirely in the bottom half of the zone. Commanded a fastball that touched 74 mph and sat between 71-73 mph that played down during the entire game. Showed feel for a 12/6 curveball that sat between 62-64. Had a solid performance despite some defensive miscues.
