Positional Profile: C. Top uncommitted catcher in the state. 
Body: 5-foot-10, 150-pounds. Athletic build with a lot of room to fill out.
Defense: Advanced and aggressive actions and footwork behind the plate. Quick transfers with elite arm strength. Recorded pop times of 1.92-2.05.  Athletic actions in the infield, works well getting around the baseball. 
Arm: Right-Handed. C - 83 mph. INF - 94 mph.  Elite arm strength topping out at 94mph across the diamond. 83 mph behind the plate.
Hit: Right-Handed Pronounced leg kick back, hangs foot, rhythm and control in the load, flicks the hands into the hitting position. Slightly elevated bat path, quick hands to and through the zone with bat speed, nearly all barrels in BP.
Power: 91 mph exit velocity in BP. Shows some current pop with more to come with addition of strength. 
Run: 4.51 runner home-to-first.

Delivery: Feet start balanced towards middle of rubber, quick side step initiates drop/drive type delivery, athletic balance point, on line with target, falls towards first base side, throws with effort, showed premium athleticism on the mound. 
Arm Action: Right-Handed Long, loose arm action, over-the-top slot. 
FB: T87, 85-87 mph. Four-seam type, hard action, flashed arm-side run, plays up in the zone. 
CB: 70-71 mph. 11/5 shape, late break, tunnels well with fastball. 

Moss is a slender framed and wirey right-handed hitting catcher and middle infielder at 5-foot-10 and 150 pounds. He shows good footspeed as he ran a 7.12 second 60 and a 4.16 home-to-first. 6/12/18 - Moss is an athletic 5-foot-10 140-pound right-handed hitting catcher in Missouri’s 2021 class.  He ran a 7.32 60 and a 4.75 home to first.  He has an 88 mph exit velocity. Behind the plate, open stance with smooth pre-pitch rhythm, in line stride, quick and loose hands with level bat path, feel for the barrel, swing produced consistent and hard line drives gap to gap.  Behind the plate, athletic actions with quick twitch movements, pop times between 1.92-1.94-seconds, 79 mph positional velocity, wide set up in base, over the top arm slot, aggressive with momentum, footwork on time with exchange, mostly accurate throws with carry, still filling out physically with already athletic and quick twitch actions. On the infield, 85 mph positional velocity, high three quarters arms lot, long arm circle, quick actions in feet and exchange, works through the ball with momentum to throw, athletic with projection in build and arm action.

2/19/18 - Moss is a 5-foot-9 140-pound right-handed hitting catcher in Missouri’s 2021 class. He ran a 4.16 home to first and has an 86 mph exit velocity. At the plate, starts slightly open, minimal and calm load, loose hand with feel for the barrel, level path through the zone with higher finish, has range in swing, gap to gap approach, consistent hard contact.  Behind the plate, 1.97-to-2.05 pop times, 77 mph positional velocity, smooth exchange on time with fluid footwork, stays under control with feet creating momentum to throw, accurate thrower.
