8/12/18 - Dillman is a 6-foot-1 180-pound right-handed hitting catcher in Missouri’s 2020 class.  He ran a 7.53 60 and a 4.56 home to first.  He has an 85 mph exit velocity. At the plate, swing produced consistent line drives to left center, some with pop, smooth load to back side, in line stride, aggressive bat speed, repeated swing, showed feel for the barrel. Behind the plate, 75 mph positional velocity, 1.97 to 2.13-second pop times, wide set up in base, quick transfer, over the top arm slot, mostly accurate throws with aggressive momentum through the plate.

6/12/18 - Dillman is a 6-foot 170-pound right-handed hitting catcher and right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2020 class.  He ran a 7.25 60 and a 4.44 home to first.  He has an 83 mph exit velocity. At the plate, starts with open stance, reverse toe tap, some hand load, in line stride, level bat path, mostly middle to pull side line drives, aggressive swing.  Behind the plate, pop times between 2.08 and 2.19-seconds, 74 mph positional velocity, thin set up in feet, quick transfer on time with footwork, over the top arm slot, soft hands, flexible and able give low target, mostly accurate throws, some with carry to the bag. On the mound, Dillman works from a high three quarters arm slot, throws with regular effort, work in line with stride, slightly uphill in shoulders, repeats release, commands fastball at 76-79 mph, mixed in breaking ball with 11-to-5 shape, gradual and late, mostly 68-69 mph, controllable change up, slight sinking action, 68-71 mph

2/16/18 - Dillman is a 6-foot 170-pound right-handed hitting catcher and right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2020 class.  He ran a 4.36 home to first and has a 90 mph exit velocity.  At the plate, started in both open and slightly closed stance, some hand load, mostly pull side contact with occasional power, quick and loose hands.  Behind the plate, over the top release, quick feet on time with clean exchange, pop times between 1.98 and 2.08-seconds, 77 mph positional velocity, mostly accurate throws with carry to the bag. On the mound, Dillman has an over the top arm slot, controlled but accelerated tempo, in line stride, throws with regular effort, fastball flashed some sink at times, mostly 77-78 mph, 11-to-5 shaped breaking ball, 62-64 mph, slight sinking action to change up, throws with near fastball arm speed, 68-73 mph.
