5/20/18- Nebraska Elite 50 
5-foot-10, 175 pound catcher had the top catchers pop time of the event of 1.9-1.96. Ranked #19 in the Nebraska 2020 rankings. Compact build. 7.27 runner. Hitch in load, timing struggled during around of BP. Avg. power, long swing, pull side approach, mostly ground ball contact. Above average defender and thrower behind the plate. Solid lateral movement and plate presents during the game portion of the Elite 50. Went 0-1 with three walks in his plate appearances.

 
8/13/17- 5-foot-9, 175-pound catcher ran a 7.64 60 yard sprint. At the plate, slightly open stance, swivel hands trigger a smooth swing plane. All field approach, solid line drive contact during round of BP. Posted an exit velocity of 80 mph off a tee. Behind the plate threw to 2nd in the 2.1-2.08 range. Also throw out three runner during game portion of the event. Consistently around the bag. Square stance, low target, good sway & lateral movement, sound blocker, quick movement. Above average receiver for his age.

2/20/17- 5-foot-9, 175-pound catcher ran a 5.72 40 yard sprint. At the plate, slightly open stance, swivel hands trigger a smooth swing plane. All field approach, solid line drive contact during round of BP. Posted an exit velocity of 77 mph off a tee. Behind the plate threw to 2nd in the 2.1-2.18 range. Consistently around the bag. Square stance, low target, good sway & lateral movement, sound blocker, quick movement. Above average receiver for his age.

8/3/16- 5-foot-8, 160 pound catcher ran a 7.94 60 yard sprint. Behind the plate is very advanced for his age. Low base and strong hands, works through the ball on throws. Posted pop times in the 2.09-2.22 range. At the plate, showed line drive contact. Square tall stance, high leg kick arrives on time with a slight uphill swing plane. Should continue to develop physically into a top prospect for the 2020 class.
