5/20/18- Nebraska Elite 50
5-foot-11, 180 pound infielder ran a 7.02 60 yard sprint. Ranked #11 in Nebraska 2020 class. Athletic build with developing strength throughout. At the plate, pull side approach, deep barrel path, spray contact, above average pop in bat, hardest balls hit where to the middle of the field during round of BP. Posted an 88 mph exit velocity. Went 0-2 with two walks during the game portion of the event. Hit .309 with 7 double, 3 triples, and 3 home runs this past spring at the varsity level. In the infield topped out at 80 mph across, actions to stay at a corner stop. Feet and hands work out front.
2/19/18- 5-foot-11, 180 pound catcher ran a 4.08 H-1B. Ranked #8 in the Nebraska 2020 rankings. Athletic build with developing strength. Top pop time range at the NE Spring Preview with a 1.99-2.03. Above average bat for his age with the ability to hit for power to his pull side. Fundamentally sound behind the plate, athletic ability play in the INF or OF. Strong follow for the 2020 class as he continues to develop.
8/13/17- 5-foot-10, 160 pound catcher had the top catcher pop time at the event throwing in the 1.99-2.09 range. Tall open stance, some swivel and barrel tilt pre swing. Deep barrel path throughout the zone, works up through the ball. All fields approach. Spray to all fields during round of BP. Fundamentally sound receiver and blocker behind the plate.
5/21/17- 5-foot-10, 160 pound two way player ran a 7.33 60 yard sprint. Tall open stance, some swivel and barrel tilt pre swing. Deep barrel path throughout the zone, works up through the ball. Line drive and some pop to pull side power ally. Posted an exit velocity of 77 mph off a tee. Behind the plate threw to 2nd in the 2.06-2.14 range. Quite movements, strong hands receiving. Tendency to bounce when blocking. Strong follow for the 2020 class in Nebraska.
