Cape Cod: Struck out 26 and walked just six over 31.2 innings for the Red Sox, working primarily off of a low-90s fastball (2230 rpm) and average mid-70s breaker. Robison split time between starting and the pen this past spring at BYU but profiles solely as a relief arm at the next level and will turn 23 years old before his first full pro season
Brigham Young commit, 6-foot-1, 170, Robison has an athletic build. With a feel to pitch, he threw from a high ¾ slot at 86-88, touching 89. He repeated a solid delivery, changing speeds on his breaking ball, ranging 66-72. A limited look, Robison made quick work of the Rockies scout team but his athleticism was revealed as he ran around in the outfield and took his at bats. An obvious strike-thrower, Robison will be ready to eat innings straight away for the Cougars.
