Physical: 6-2, 190 pounds; Athletic, long build. 6.75 runner in the 60.

Offensively: LHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; flat bat to start. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a short swing path with a two handed finish.  More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 91 MPH via Trackman. Showed some pull side power.

Defensively: Starts with a low to the ground setup; uses prep hop while utilizing a quick first step. Hands are out in front while funneling to the hip before transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. INF - 84 MPH.

Physical: 6-2, 175 pounds; Lean, athletic build. 7.12 runner in the 60.

Offensively: LHH. Open setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; flat bat to start. Short take back with the hands with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an aggressive lower half. Showed a short swing path with a late one hand finish.  More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 92 MPH via Trackman. fluid swing generating natural back spin with easy XBH pop gap to gap.

Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; uses prep step while displaying fluid actions to the baseball. Hands are soft with a clean transfer. Short take back while using various arm slots. INF - 79 MPH. Athletic actions in the field with the ability to make the play on the move with ease.

Physical: 6-foot-2, 177 pounds; Long, lean build. 7 runner in the 60.

Offensively: LHH. Even setup, with feet wide spread; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Short take back with the hands with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an aggressive lower half. Showed a compact swing path with a one-handed finish.  More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 92 MPH via Trackman. Good bat speed produces consistently plus exit velos. Sweet lefty swing hits the ball hard off a big, athletic frame.

Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; uses prep step while showing active feet. Hands are out in front while funneling to the hip before transfer. Moderate arm circle from a standard 3/4 arm slot. INF - 79 MPH. 

Physical: 6-foot-2, 175 pounds; Long, athletic build. 7.04 runner in the 60.

Offensively: LHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Loads straight back with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a compact swing path with a late one hand finish.  More ground balls than line drives and fly balls with a peak exit velocity of 92 MPH via Trackman. smooth stroke with gap to gap pop.

Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; walks into ready position while displaying fluid actions to the baseball. Hands are soft with a clean transfer. Short take back while using various arm slots. INF - 75 MPH. 

Physical: Ultra-projectable 6-foot-1, 165lb frame with athleticism present. 7.07 runner in the 60-yard dash. 

Offensively: LHH - Shoulder-width, even stance as the hands operated flat on the shoulder to start. Utilized a barrel tip on time with a slight coil in a leg-lift as he initiated the bat head through a well turned, slightly uphill path into the hitting zone. Showcased some whip at the plate, finishing deep to the backside shoulder with a mostly pull-side approach during batting practice. Recorded a T89 mph bat-exit velocity (via Trackman) featuring doubles power to the RCF gap (285 foot batted ball distance and a 50% line drive rate). Mature hitter that carried confidence over into good swings during game action; more power coming in the near future.

 Defensively: The primary shortstop moved fluidly in either direction, keeping above-average pace and good momentum to the target; fielded softly off his left foot, getting the hips in line and quickly releasing from an athletic, accurate H ¾ slot (79 mph arm). Able to move over the second base bag and finish off plays with range, and threw across his body with good arm strength on the run.

Physical: Tall, high-waisted 6-foot-1, 160-pound frame with some athleticism present. 7.40 runner in the 60-yard dash. 

Offensively: LHH - The lefty started from a wide, balanced stance with the hands starting on top of the shoulder. Utilized a toe tap stride in order to deliver the bat head through a slight uphill path with rhythm and fluidity present in the swing. Hit into a stiff front side with leverage generating a lofty, middle of the field approach (80% fly ball rate). Created consistent backspin at the plate yielding a 300+ foot peak batted ball distance per Trackman Baseball. An 85 mph bat-exit velocity points towards lean strength at the moment and should increase as he continues developing physically down the line. 

Defensively: The primary middle infielder showcased length in the footwork on the approach but stayed smooth, arrived on time working towards the target at the fielding window, used one hand off of the middle-left side of his body, accurate funnels to beltline and a 74 mph arm strength across. Second baseman at the moment who might project to move over due to the ceiling he possesses.

Physical: Lean and projectable 6-foot, 155-pound frame with room to add strength / features plenty of athleticism throughout his game. 7.37 runner in the 60-yard dash. Offensively: LHH. Wide, slightly closed stance with the hands showing off moderate rhythm at the shoulder. Utilized a short lift and replace stride to initiate the hands through an efficient, flat barrel path and into the hitting zone. Comes up and out of the lower half with the posture on occasion making the hands go out and around the baseball, overall feel for the barrel in the box and liked to get the bat head extended out at the front of the plate. Hit into a stiff front side with a mainly pull-side approach during batting practice, recorded a peak bat-exit velocity of 81 mph according to Trackman Baseball, generated a 311 foot maximum batted ball distance. Defensively: The primary middle infielder displayed solid defensive capabilities with smooth, lengthy strides and rangy actions to either side of his body, soft glove hand played out in front while getting downhill through the fielding window with a medium-low posture throughout. Made the play on the run effortlessly and fits the mold of a prototypical shortstop. Accurate, high ¾ arm-slot with a medium arm circle on throws across the diamond. INF - 72 mph

Physical: L/R, 5-foot-11 pounds; lean, athletic frame. 7.41 runner in the 60. Offensively: LHH. Wide closed stance with a flat bat; smooth load back of the hands with a toe tap stride. Strong lower half with average effort with has some lift in bat path. Has ability to backspin the ball to pull side; peak Trackman exit velocity of 82 MPH. Defensively: Upright, walks into ready position; smooth footwork covering ground laterally, fields the ball in center of body. Soft hands with clean transfer; long arm swing with low 3/4 arm slot. INF - 72 MPH.

Physical: Wiry, athletic frame. 7.59 runner in the 60; 4.75 home-to-1B.
Offensively: LHH. Upright, open stance with an even base, bat rests on his back shoulder, hands work back on load along with a toe tap and a small stride for timing Short, compact, direct barrel path, smooth swing that works uphill after the point of contact. Up the middle/ pull-side gap approach. 75 MPH raw exit velocity.
Defensively: Controlled footwork fielding the ball slightly off-center in the middle of his body, good range to both sides. Short arm swing with a 3/4 arm slot. INF - 68 MPH. 

At the plate, the left handed hitter stands in the box in a tall stance slightly open. Short simple load actions before attacking the hitting zone. Russ was impressive during batting practice at the 2019 Fall Top Prospect Games. Russ displayed a flat bat path through the hitting zone. Defensively, the infielder displayed active footwork. Fields the ball slightly off center. Gets rid of the baseball with low effort throwing actions. Russ has a projectable lean athletic frame and is a must follow.
