WNY ASG (September 23, 2018)
6-foot-1, 200-pounds. Ran a 7.80 60 yard dash. Offensively - Stance begins square to the pitcher with feet set outside of shoulder width apart. Uses a toe-tap for his load/timing. No forward move. Hands stay inside of the ball during swing. Bat is level thru the zone. High finish. Overall, loose and fluid hitting actions with a knack for finding barrel. Exit velocity was 80 MPH. Defensively - Consistent footwork moving around the bag at 1B. Showed the ability to handle all the necessary throws. Quick, compact arm action from 3/4 slot. Receives ball with soft glove hand. Arm strength was 73 MPH. Pitching - Balanced, repeatable delivery. Steady tempo. Creates some deception with cross action landing and upright finish. Hides ball with compact arm action before getting to 3/4 release point. Utilizes all parts of the strike zone with each offering. FB sat 71-74 MPH and topped at 75 MPH. Manipulated 2/7 CB at 63-65 MPH.
 St. John Fisher - Aug 7, 2018
Well built frame standing 6-foot-1. 200 pounds. Quick pace to his delivery, arm-swing is quick and short in the back, ¾ slot release. Fastball 70-72. Offensively – Narrow set up, square to the pitcher. Hands stay inside the ball. Compact swing with a high finish. Flashed pop to his pull-side gap with 84 mph exit velo in the rain. Defensively (1B) 75 mph arm-strength, accuracy and suitable footwork for the position.

April 2018
6-foot-1 LHP gets downward plane out of ¾ slot, fastball shows late movement, effectively changes speeds to keep hitters off balance, works both sides of the plate well. Patient approach at the plate, short to the ball, makes consistent barrel contact, uses all fields with gap power, makes effective adjustments within an at-bat, above average plate coverage.

Preseason - West (February 19, 2018)
Standing 6-foot-1, 200-pounds from a solidly built frame. At the plate he uses a slightly open stance, loose hands, short to the ball with a compact swing, Barrel plane is slightly inclined with a fluid swing path, exit velocity of 86 mph (up 7 mph since last event). Defensively, he moves around the bag with an active lower half, quick clean release from a short arm action, arm strength was 68 mph, an emphasis on increased arm strength will only benefit the first baseman. The bat has a chance to play at the next level.
East-West Battle (July 2017)
Bockmier pitched a complete game win starting with retiring 16 straight batters. Gave up first BB in sixth inning and carried no hitter into 7th. Ended with only allowing 2 hits, 2 walks, and striking out 5 in complete game win. Effective running fastball with ability to change speeds and throw change up for a strike. FB is 78-79 MPH with good arm side run.
Diamond Pro Workout (January 14, 2017)

Bockmier checks in at a sturdy 5-foot-11, 210 pounds. He recorded a time of 4.6 seconds from home to first base. Offensively- Begins with feet at shoulder width and front foot slightly open. Hands are aligned with back shoulder. Has a small stride that gets his feet back to even. Hands lower before going forward. Swing path is uphill with full extension through contact to a high finish; pull side line drives with some lift. Back hip drives forward through swing. Exit velocity was 79 MPH from the tee. Defensively- In the outfield, fields ball outside his body off of his right foot. Uses a crow hop to set up throw. Had throwing velocity of 73 MPH. As a 1B, takes short steps to the ball. Has a wide base and bends at the waist. Fields ball with hands tight to body. Shuffles feet to gain momentum and had throws of 68 MPH across the infield. Pitching- Begins with feet at shoulder width on 3B side of rubber. Takes small step with right foot as left foot slides onto rubber while hands work above head and back down. Knee lift comes above waist with low hands. Stride is long and lands slightly closed. Backside arm action is smooth and full. Has an over the top arm slot with a fastball that was in the 70-72 MPH. Curveball sat between 62-63 MPH. Also showed a change up with fastball arm speed at 64-65 MPH.
